First, we listen to your vision and decide the style of your event. Then, we take our ideas to our decor associates. They’re the most talented and creative people in the business.
Together, we create the “wow” effect for you and your guests.
Location & Vendor Scouting
Your location is the heartbeat of your wedding. It sets the tone for your event and dictates all of the smaller details.
We’ll work with you to find the perfect setting for your fairytale event. Once we have a location, we get to put the other pieces into place – your vendors!
We have an extensive network of every vendor you can think of, from photographers and videographers to caterers, florists, entertainers, and hair and makeup artists.
We’ll work to match you with the vendors that best fit your desires and budget.
Planning & Production
Planning a wedding is a lot like a puzzle. There are hundreds, sometimes thousands, of pieces that need to be placed perfectly to create a clear and beautiful picture.
As your wedding planner, we take care of all of these details and ensure that everything runs smoothly on your big day!
Day of Coordination
On your wedding day, your primary concern should be getting excited to say “I do!” Leave the rest to us.
We’ll field any last-minute hiccups and make sure you’re blissfully unaware of any of the backstage action. Sit back and enjoy your day!

If we’ve learned anything from our 20+ years of experience, it’s the importance of creating a backup plan. Though the goal is always to execute plan A flawlessly, we plan each of our weddings to go off without a hitch, regardless of the circumstances that may arise. We’ve even pivoted a wedding plan in the middle of a hurricane!
